How to use money in Student Account Balance?
So I paid my payment agreement of $707.23 over a week ago but now when I go back in, it says I have to repay the same amount. So I checked my account and apparantly I somehow added funds to my Student Account balance since it now reads -$707.23. Someone told me it naturally goes to my tuition after a few days but it's been a week and it's still sitting there. How do I move this amount towards my tuition. Thanks.

Funds in the student account balance won't go to tuition. Student Account balance funds are for things like Bookstore Credit and other things. You can go to the Student Accounts and Cashier's office (GH 209, not the Financial Aid office) to get the funds transferred

I just called in to the Student Accounts and Cashiers office... and they said it is not a problem. It will look this way until it is transferred over, by them. So I guess nothing to worry about.

Hey

I went to Student Accounts and Cashier's Office last week about this issue and she said it wasn't a problem and not to worry about it

Thanks guys. For anyone reading the thread, to see how much you really owe, go into My Mugsi then Student Account and it will show all your transactions.
