My parents are planning a trip during december, and they want to know if i'll be able to make it. Only problem is that I dont know the exam schedule for december. Do all the classes have different dates and times for exams? And is there a final date for all exams? and when do we go back to school in january?

Yes, all classes have different dates and times for exams so you won't know your specific schedule until much closer to December. However, final exams run from Wednesday, December 8 - Wednesday, December 22 and classes resume on Monday, January 3.

If I'm remembering correctly, we usually find out the tentative exam schedule sometime in October. You could get lucky and have all of your exams at the beginning, or they could be more spread out. I wouldn't bank on being done early though, unless you can get a full refund on your portion of money for the trip. If your parents can hold off booking until the end of October, that's another option.

and even then, that schedule can easily change and you end up losing out on the money for your trip if it isn't refundable.... Two of my exams ended up being different from the tentative schedule put up last year.

I'd say on the safe side plan for when you wont have exams...when youre on winter break for sure
