I got mine this week, so it should be on its way just needs a little patience . It doesn't really matter anyway, because you can't use it till the 19th. The Registrar's won't give you one right now. Mine was lost while I moved last summer and wasn't able to get one till the first/second week of Sept.

I got mine mid-July this year. Last year, I remember being the last to get it out of everyone I knew. It's very random.

Sometimes they come as late as the last week of August. They go out in waves. Just be patient, thet Registrar's Office won't give you one unless it hasn't come by the end of the first week of September iirc.

I don't think that's true, last year I went and got mine at the registrar within the last week or two of August. I just told them I needed the sticker for the bus pass (true) as soon as my summer pass ended (Aug 31st) and they didn't give me a problem.

Go onto your MUGSI, under Academics, there's "Program and Course Summary" When you go into that, it'll tell you the date your letter was printed. And whether or not it's on its way. Mine was printed on July 25th, only got it late last week.

Question: when can we start using our cards for the buss?

Dunno. I've been working for the school for a few years and we are always told to tell students to wait until September.

September 1st It only works September-April.

Nope, not September! Actually this year you can start using it August 19th:

McMASTER UNDERGRADUATE, GRADUATE AND MOHAWK COLLEGE STUDENTS

If you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student at McMaster University, or a full time student at Mohawk College, your bus pass is included in your student fees. The pass will entitle the holder to unlimited travel and is valid from September until April for McMaster Undergraduates / Mohawk College students and from September until August for McMaster Graduate students. You will obtain your validation sticker at time of registration and it must be placed on your Student Identification Card. When boarding, show the driver your Student Identification Card with the sticker attached to get to your destination. Fall/Winter 2013/2014 stickers do not entitle students to ride HSR until August 19, 2013.

my confirmation letter was printed on August 8th, and I got my sticker yesterday in the mail. so keep a lookout for those who accepted their payment agreement around the beginning of August. The stickers should arrive this week if you haven't gotten it already.
