No, there are laws against that. Also, even giving old midterms for free can constitute academic dishonesty in some cases, so try to steer clear.

When there's money involved, unless you wrote something, you can be sure to get in trouble for selling it. Making it public will just hasten the process. But I guess if you're naive enough to try, you will see for yourself.

I'm sure we will all remember you even if you do go away for a while
Cheers

Haha, this was serious? Yeah buddy, don't even try to do it under the table. Remember those Ryerson students who were helping eachother on Facebook? Yeah, one of them got in serious sh*t.

I would also like to bring up an incident from last year about a certain professor who was not too happy about an older midterm given out to students. I am pretty sure most of you know who I am talking about.

you 08/09 first years are lucky to have 1A03 (or what ever the hell you call it now) in 2nd term. I still remember he was the first bio prof we had as freshmen last year. talk about a big transition from hs to univ.

Actually you can't sell or distribute the midterms at all in most cases.

If you look at the end/bottom of your midterms, most have a clear declaration of being the intellectual property of a certain professor and is meant for only certain students in a certain year.

So selling someone else's intellectual property without their permission is breaking the law, or at least several university bylaws.
