--Do you want to learn more about wellness tools and how to incorporate them into your life?

Join a free educational Wellness Recovery Action Plan© self-help group at McMaster!

Weekend intensive runs from 10am-5pm on
Sunday, November 2
Saturday, November 8
Sunday, November 16

--Identify, decrease, and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviours and improve your quality of life
--Increase self-awareness and personal empowerment
--Learn about your rights and how to self-advocate
--Make your own action plans to respond to distress, stay safe during crisis, and succeed at school
--Feel less isolated by connecting with other students who share similar experiences and developing your support network!
