Firefox used to be absolutely terrible with memory leaking, its gotten A LOT better in recent years. Looks like there's still some work to be done though! But, I guess it really depends on how many add on's are being used, and which ones.

It might just be the AdBlock plugin add-on I have. I don't know :p

actually for quick reply even firefox works its just tht u can't see the blinking cursor...

I can't backspace, either, which is a problem (I usually need to edit, LOL!). I also can't reposition my cursor.

yeah tht is a big problem!! but i can't use safari since its giving me a problem on windows and neither can i use chrome....so i'm left only with firefox...there is no way i'll use IE!!

The loss of functionality of quick reply isn't too much of an issue. I never really use it anyways.

That is true, I usually quote or just reply. (The normal one)

Edit: Also, I've never seen firefox take up more than 150Mb. And that's with like 5 tabs open. Usually I only have 1 or 2 tabs and it's under 100Mb
