Why can't I select an option that says "Avail"

Why can't I select an option that says "Avail"
I want to take BIO 1A03 but where it says says that "2 D Avail" but when I click it options for Core do not show up. Help!
This happened to some of the other courses as well. What is going on?

You can't select your sections yet.

SOLAR will assign you a core. You only pick the semester.
