I got through this morning at 10 and basically she said she had to rebuild my schedule and it should be up by tomorrow, but if not I have to call back..

I did manage to get through. I had to wait like 25 minutes on hold and then the operator told me I need to be transferred to 'Scheduling'. Thankfully, someone picked up right away, and said that she will 'rebuild' my schedule and it should be up anytime after midnight. If you are having similar problems, I don't think it is gonna fix itself, you have to call in, and then you have to wait till midnight for it to be up.

So call the registrar tomorrow, or if you know the extension call this 'scheduling' department directly.

thanks McMaster once again for making my life 100 times harder. they didn't have to offer to make my schedule for me if i was just going to be forced to do it myself in the middle of a total S-H-I-T-STORM.... all of my classes only have 1 core anyway!!!! i only needed to pick 2 tutorials!!!! this is going to take me like 12 hours to do on SOLAR

If they all only have one core, then you don't really have much to worry about. You're already registered in the courses, so you will automatically get put in that section--it's not like you have to fight for it or anything. For the tutorials, you might not get the optimal time slot, but even if your schedule had been made for you ahead of time you wouldn't be guaranteed the optimal time. If the tutorial sections matter that much to you, then you can try to get onto SOLAR tmrw to do that, but if not, there's no need. You don't need to formally put yourself in the cores immediately if there's one one for each course.

That just means you can move around your schedule more to accommodate electives. There are so many courses that I can't take because my required courses have 1 core.

My timetable had a yellow box at the top like that too, all of my courses were on the schedule except one stats course, and that course only has one core and one tutorial, so I knew it had nothing to do with my schedule or conflicts with my classes... and it was fixed the next day.
Hope urs gets sorted soon

So are you taking about this year or a previous year. If it was this year , does that mean today, it worked for you?
