The 'Worst Case Scenario' Game: Level 2 Applications
We can apply for up to four level 2 programs, just in case one or two of them are a flop... But what if all four fail?
(Unlikely to happen, but just a thought. Ughhhh, Bio1M03--just kill me now.)

If GPA>6.0, talk to the Life Sci admin or an academic advisor to go into Life Sci. Otherwise, you could do the general Science B.Sc.
Either way, you can shadow courses in a program you may want to apply to, as long as that course does not require you to be in that program according the undergraduate calendar.

Well, I ask because I've achieved 12 in 5 of my 10 courses with 4 of the remaining 5 looking to be a 12 as well--it is just BIO1M03 thoroughly dragging me through glass and nails. Unsure of how worried I should be. Urgh.

If you have all 12s except for in bio, lets say worst case scenario you get a 1 in bio that makes your final cgpa a 10.9 [(12*9)+1]/10
a 10.9 is high enough to get into any program so you shouldnt worry

The way I interpreted it is that they're looking mainly at marks for Bio1A03 and 1M03 with the others just being required as having been completed... I could be wrong.
Thank you! ;u;

I thought the same way in first year and was worried about getting accepted, but with the bulk of your marks as 12's youll be fine

"BIOLOGY 1A03, 1M03 with an average of at least 6.0"
I'm sure the cut-off will be well above 6.0 considering Honours Bio are all LEPs. I applied to four of those. Uhhh.

Well if you dont make provosts honour roll you might as well drop out right... Nobody ever accomplishes anything without a gpa of 12.0...

my prof gave a good little rant on this
"Students are coming to my office hours to inquire whether it is possible to get over 100% in this course including all the bonus marks/bell-curves.." Whether you have a 90 or 100... your mark GPA is still 12... Oh, what wonderful problems you have!
