I have this awesome idea and I was wondering if anyone else would be on board supporting this project.

Basically, it will be a candid picture compilation of all the attractive females on our campus. This will help to promote McMaster in a way since everyone would love to go to a school with tons of hot girls. All pictures will be candid, which means no posing. The photographer will take the picture of the girl going about her routine (hopefully in a sexy context like tight yoga pants and just off the gym or something).

Once it picked up, maybe we will have a voting option to see who's the hottest girl around McMaster. But that feature will be down the line once everything is up and running.

So what do you guys think? Would you be able to contribute to the project by uploading pictures?

I already had this idea. Except, they aren't candid creep shots. I'm making calendars. Sorry lady. You lose.

Also, why not attractive guys as well? You say "everyone would love to go to a school with hot girls" ... well, half of prospective students are female. So I don't see how having "hot girls" would entice them.

It's one thing to have something like "McMaster's Hottest Student" as a contest and asking people to submit pictures and have people vote, but to just put up pictures of random girls who haven't consented to having their picture put up is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

No, it doesn't seem to actually be against any law, but a tort/civil lawsuit doesn't actually need it to be a criminal offence, I don't think. I'm not a law student so someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think a person can sue if they feel that they are wronged and they claim to suffer emotional/reputational/etc. damages?

I mean if you just go ahead and make a calendar for yourself, whatever. When you start putting those up publicly and using them to entice people via "hey look at all these girls you can stare at/maybe even get to bang!", then I would expect said girls to be able to get something together.

Edit: Oh, and I think it IS illegal if you plan on actually selling/making a profit off of the pictures. Again someone can correct me if I'm wrong; all I did was a quick Google.

Law aside, the university has a code of conduct, and any student running a website where you rank candid pictures of students without their permission would definitely be expelled. Keep in mind that McMaster is not public property and they can impose their own rules.

Also security would label you a persona non grata and would escort you off campus anytime they see you.

I understand what you're saying, but I think your idea is terrible (as many have stated above, most women with some sort of dignity don't want to be objectified for the sake of the university making more money).

With that being said, I understand what you're saying. When I was in high school, looking up videos of different universities, I would always find a few comments by prospective male students asking if there were hot girls there. Because believe it or not, some guys will make their life choices based solely on "hot girls".

However, when thousands of people go to each university, people should know that there's bound to be a mixture of attractive, as well as unattractive students at each school.

So i'll just say that I don't like your idea, but if you could get the courage to ask certain girls on campus you find attractive to model in a way that would look "natural", I don't see anything wrong with that.

Unless you can take pictures of the girls in an environment where it is not easy to identify the location/property, then you can just state they are pictures of hot girls, and not hot girls "from McMaster" (unless some girl that is actually featured on the site notices there is a candid picture of her A$$ in tight yoga pants)...but then again, no one would know if they were from McMaster, defeating the whole purpose of trying to "attract prospective male students to Mac".

This is actually a really good post if you pretend it's written by an ironic girl who was victimized the same way OP is proposing.

I like ugly girls though :/
