Hi. Wrote wrong version number in chem midterm exam. What should I do ?? How can I prove I wrote wrong version number if They ask me? Thanks.

You can't really "prove" it, but assuming you're even half-way competent at chemistry, they'll look at the answers you put on your scantron and see that most of them match up with the answer key for the one that you actually wrote - there's no way that would happen by coincidence.

u lose marks automatically for wrong version. it says on your midterm (flat amount)

I know cases when people marked wrong version, emailed and prof and got full mark. It happened once 4 years ago in 1st year eng math.

Maybe that's true in isolated cases, but it's not the norm. Besides, that shouldn't be a mistake you are making.

Fill out your scantron information at the beginning of the test. A lot of wrong version numbers come from hurriedly filling out the scantron info as time expires.
