I'm just curious as to what others are planning on bringing in terms of their room. Decorations, furniture, entertainment and the likes. My list is pretty shoddy.

Pillow and Comforters
Bean Bag Chair
Gorillaz poster
Ps3
Laptop
Wall rug blanket thing
Multi head lamp
Some guitar head wall hooks
My mini cactus: Tim

Wonder what should I do about clothes. I have some rolly boxes that fit under a bed that I'm considering...

How about pictures from home, like friends and stuff? Also, I am fully impressed that you have a cactus named Tim

I'm planning on bringing lots of pictures as well as some books and dvds for entertainment as well as cutlery and dishes, lots of lighting, plus some extra storage for the bathroom (I'm in Les Prince)

I wish I had a mini cactus named Tim

You don't need to bring your own.

If you have a small one, I recommend bringing it. It's pain to carry the vacuum from Commons or Keyes to your room. You aren't suppose to drag it, they get mad if you do :\

Also one time I went all the way to get a vacuum to clean my room before move out (which is mandatory) and the vacuum didnt even work, and I had to bring it all the way back. So if you have a mini/handvac or something its probably worth it.
Also a bucket comes in handy lol

Oh God.
I have my linen from Ikea (big Ikea fan), some cooking stuff, my laptop and peripherals. I still need to pick up a printer and purchase posters but I'm bringing a floor lamp because I already know how depressing winter will look. Other than that, it's toiletries and pretty much all the clothes I can bring. A hair dryer, craft supplies, and boxes of cereal (big cereal fan), and a milk pitcher. A laundry basket, a personal mirror, a friend's book...Oh the list goes on and on.

Edit: I have 4 pairs of hard to find Nikes, and I'm going to be bringing 3. (One was ruined in the rain...and by Lysol.)
Combine that with the everyday Nikes + slippers + flipflops + formal shoes + purple Adidas....

Edit II: Also bringing an ergonomic chair.

POSTER SALE!!!

*sigh*...that is where my money goes. Unfortunately, now the problem is that I literally have no more wall space to PUT posters, and my posters have already spilled over into the rest of the house. So now, when Imaginus comes, I can only watch from a distance :(

Needless to say, I'm bringing plenty of posters! And also several collages I made, with pictures of family/friends.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but a clock is a good thing to have! Particularly one with an alarm I don't think there were any clocks in the rooms.
