Usually in the summer, courses are typically easier + u will have tons of time to focus on two courses. I did this last summer, found it was very manageable. As long as u dedicate some time to it ll be fine and u will still be able to enjoy ur summer as well.
The courses u mentioned aren't too intense from what i have heard.

Someone who has taken the courses you mentioned could probably give you a better answer, but I did take Bio 2F03 and Music 1AA3 during the same term last summer and found that I had more than enough time to devote to each, and still go camping and do regular fun summer stuff. Assuming no labs or tutorials, you'd be spending max 12 hours a week in lecture... which is practically nothing. So yeah, you'd be fine taking two courses.

Are you going to be working this summer?

Even with working, you should still have enough time for your courses, especially since you'll only be juggling two instead of five so it's a lot easier to prioritize. Trust me, it's a nice change from the pace of the regular school year :-) Summer exams can be the same day (mine were one day apart) but it's nothing to worry about. You'll know your exam schedule well in advance, you just have to manage your time accordingly - but it is doable!

I did labour studies 1A03 and it's fine. Two essays, one midterm, and exam. There's a lot of reading though, and the courseware is expensive. But it's not hard. I came out with a 10.

Not really. Bio and chem 1a03 are really easy.

Gawddamn, it just occured to me... I couldd have taken bio and those 2 chems in the summer instead of during the year... would have made 2nd year more enjoyable...

Yeah, I took this course last semester as well, it was quite easy. I got a perfect in both the midterm and the tutorials and an 11 on the essay. All I'm waiting for is the exam mark (which was also really easy) but I'm expecting an 11+ for the course overall.
I also didn't buy the courseware pack, felt it wasn't really necessary as most topics in there were covered in the lectures (at least for my class)

Both in one term would be good. 1AA3 tends to deal with our health care system, and 1BB3 is mostly about the elderly population and how they're viewed compared to/ and by society as a whole. There was almost nothing that was mentioned in both.
