The animal behavior courses taught by Dr. Brett Beston are interesting and he tests fairly. I ended up doing very well in his class. I think they're cross listed with Life Science 2D03 and 3C03. Also psych 2H03 (Cognition). It's not exactly an easy class but a 10 and above is doable. The material (to me) was interesting although it is a lot of information that you need to know for tests. I took it with Dr. Watters and he was very nice. I've heard really good things about his wife too, Dr. Humphreys, who also teaches this class. Makes sure you read the textbook for cognition.

Psych 2AA3, 2C03 - both are taught by ostovich, who I found to be really great but a lot of people don't like her testing style.

Psych 2B03 (dr. day) was okay...very easy because of the database of questions he provides which are essentially identical to those on the midterms and final

Psych 2AP3 (?), I took as 3N03...found it a little difficult (i.e. needing to put in a fair bit of effort to memorize useless statistics) but HIGHLY interesting on the whole

Psych 3CB3 - attitudes and beliefs was somewhat interesting, very easy as well

If you're interested in any of Dr. Day's courses I highly recommend typing the name into google and you'll come across his websites for each of the courses - check out the course outlines and see if the topics interest you.

I stayed away from the science-y psych courses, only because these more social science based courses were a nice break from all my science courses.
Thanks a lot for the input! I was looking into Psych 2B03 specifically, but I'll check out the other ones you mentioned as well! Thanks a ton

Psych 2C03 is awesome. I adore Dr. Ostovich she's an excellent lecturer and her tests are fair. She has MC and short answer/essay questions. As long as you go to class and keep up with the readings it's a lot of fun. I also took her Psych 3AC3 course (human sexuality) it was also a really interesting topic from an evolutionary perspective.

With respect to Dr. Day, I thought his Psych 3N03 course was interesting but I wasn't a fan of his testing style. Often time he would test things from the readings that were quite irrelevant (e.g. According to Stats Can 1995, which was the prevalence rate of manic depression). I don't think that memorizing useless stats is beneficial for the long run, but the topic material itself is interesting. Hopefully that will give you some perspective on 2B03.

leave 2C03 for the summer especially if Kris Gernhardt is teaching it. The content is pretty much a repeat of first year psych and his tests are straight forward with no short answer questions.
