$5 of tuition unpaid..... Help!!!

Yes, you have to pay whatever it says next to "balance forward" by the "due date" that they tell you.

Next time, just use CIBC's online banking to pay the exact amount without being charged from that amount paid to McMaster. Just go on it's online banking site, log-in (if you have before - if not, simply register), and go to the Pay Bills section. When you're in, type in McMaster for the institution, press Search, and click on McMaster University. After that, type your student number for the account number, and proceed to pay the amount you owe.
