If on mugsi it says that I am "eligible" for a limited enrollment program - in my case muiltimedia - does that mean I'm accepted into the program? If not, which is what I'm thinking, when do I find out?

Yeah, it means you got accepted. So when you choose your courses you have to select your program first (which would be this one if that's what you want).
