ok so i finally finished course selection...and i wanted to activate my undergraduate email to...i typed in my macid and password used to log in to mugsi...but it keeps on saying wrong password or login...where am i going wrong?
please help me...thanksss in advance

you can only activate your email once you accept your payment agreement!

I clicked this thread and completely blanked.

After you've registered on SOLAR, wait 24 hours and then go to MUGSI > My MUGSI > Quick Links > Enable your MAC ID Services

You can only access your Mac email account after you do this step of activating MAC ID services (not the same as activating your MAC ID, which allowed you to get onto MUGSI/SOLAR)

Also your email account won't receive messages from other servers (e.g., Gmail) immediately, this apparently takes a while too (48 hours?)

yeaa i did accept the payment agreement...so this means i have to wait for a day or two in order activate my under graduate email...right?

Yes that's right (although I could enable MAC ID services ~20 minutes before 24 hours… not that this is a significant amount of time)
