Problem is Kaka moved to Real, so I guess I`d go after Alba instead.

Anyways, is there anyone out there planning to play intramural soccer this year? I'm a goalkeeper, so I might just stop all the shots.

The sad part about the Real Madrid/Toronto FC game is that the tickets were sold out soo fast :(.. They were 140-215.. but now... triple that.. Sigh :(

I am going to try out for varsity this year after missing out on the camp last year and doing varsity track instead :(
However If I don't make the team I'll be doing corec intramural with Socs and Maroons and will most probably look for a Mens A division team apart from doing some more horrible track *sigh* But all of you guys should defo sign up for intramurals atleast as a free agent if you can't find a team. Alot of teams have people not showing up so they would really appreciate a regular member!

Yep there is A, B and C division; I would avoid A division though if you just want to play for fun people in A are very nasty and most probably secretly have psychopathic- violent fetishes or something. All they do is hack your ankles and shins, I've had the worst of times with them while Reffing last year. B & C are much more casual and fun.

There is an outdoor season in Fall, it starts around end of September I think :S And then there is an Indoor season in Middle/Late Jan- Early Feb

Making a team isn't a bad idea lol, as long as you can get people who SHOW UP that's the biggest issue, especially during outdoor season. Everyone is far too lazy/hungover to show up on weekends.

And lol I have many mechanical problems of my own as well! I have overpronation related shin splints and have just recovered from a 3rd degree ankle ligament damage, my twinkle toe balance is all but gone "forever"(I heard you never recover 100% from ligament issues no matter how good a treatment you get) :(

nawh u never do, i've got permanent damage in one ankle (misdiagnosis.. it wasn't pretty), and the other one had 2nd degree tears so yeah they're never able to retain original elasticity. and LOL at the violence. violence can be fun......... no i jk B would be fun but at the same time you don't want frustrating people to play with either right?
