hi there, i hope this is not a repeat. but i heard that the indoor track was free of charge 24/7, or whenever it is available. is this true? thanks

All informal usage facilities (i.e. the ones listed here http://www-athrec.mcmaster.ca/informal/index.htm ) are already paid for by your tuition if you are an undergraduate student. That includes the indoor track.
