So if indeed a fibre line is cut, ignoring whatever the consequences are for that bast**d who cut it, does anyone know how long it takes for them to replace it?
Because I'm thinking if it's here all the way down to Waterloo, how the hell are they going to replace it without it taking weeks/months?
If a fibre line can't be cut/spliced, then how would they divert it to temporarily repair it, even?
