This year, McMaster is holding its 1st annual Mental Health and Wellness Fair under the title:
"Be Aware Fair: Taking the Sting Out of Stigma" in the MUSC atrium from February 23rd - 25th (that's the first week following reading week)! The purpose of the fair is to educate students and raise awareness on mental illness as well as reduce the stigma surrounding the topic. But that's not all what the fair is about! There will be free snacks, free 'stress kits,' prizes to be won, art projects to be made, guest lecturers and even a beginner hip hop and fitness classes! A few of the highlights of the fair include:
