This Wednesday, January 27, between the hours of 10AM and 3PM, head over to the MUSC Marketplace for the the "Simply Soulfood" fair. It is a special one-day event organized specifically to help all of us combat those winter blues with a celebration of health and wellness. The day’s activities will include musical performances and an exhibit fair with the common theme to promote spiritual and physical health and well-being for all students, staff and faculty in the McMaster community. Entertainment will include: Luca "LazyLegz", Gospel Choir, Verve Dance Club, Peak Soil, Doug & Lois Collins, Yoga Demonstrations with Phil Penner, Ghada Kattab (Mac Idol winner), Fai Hong and many others.There will be many door prizes at this event as well with the grand prize being a Wii Console and Wii Fit!

Soul-day at the Pulse:
- Free admission to the pulse so bring a friend!
- Climbing wall open to all from 11:30-1:30

You can participate as little or as much as you choose in these events as long as you are ready to relax and have a great time!

Any idea when Luca "Lazylegz" will be performing?

I have class tomorrow but I'd like to see his skillz. I remember him of course from the "we are all able" commcercials.

I always keep thinking there will be actual soulfood and then I get sad when I realize there will be no fried chicken or biscuits.
