Hey All,

I did not read the fine print regarding continued use of McMaster email addresses. Alumni have access to their accounts removed on January 31st the year following graduation. Fortunately UTS was understanding and have provided me with a 4 day extension.

Is there a way to back up all of my emails from my McMaster account? I have a significant number of documents and emails that I would like to keep. I have tried downloading the files through Thunderbird after enabling IMAP on my McMaster email settings, but unfortunately @McMaster.ca is not recognized.

Thanks for the link. As it turns out the issue is that the new Gmail McMaster accounts do not support external systems like Thunderbird or Outlook. It's a pain, but oh well.
