Is it a bad idea to take Organic Chem I and Physics 1B03 in the summer at the same time?

No. I did it and it was fine.

I would not recommend it, Physics 1B03 is my only single-digit grade at McMaster. That, coupled with orgo, will be tough. If I were to leave one for the fall, it would be orgo. This way, you can devote the most amount of your resources (time) to one course. Good luck.
