A lot of the "Top 10 saddest movies" lists I found on Google say "Grave of Fireflies". I don't know what that is.

Where The Red Fern Grows. Did anyone else have to watch that in grade 4/5? I was actually allowed to be excused from watching it both years because it was so sad, I couldn't contain myself. I hated it. It's about dogs.

My Sister's Keeper is a good movie, made me cry...I'll admit it. But the ending is completely different than in the book its based on. I think that if they kept the original ending it would've been much more emotional!

I'm not gonna lie, I cried during Titanic.

Well, to be more precise, I cried for the first half when it was all boring and girly, because I thought I was going to die of boredom and I was WAY too young to die, but then the ship hit an iceberg and things got awesome, so I cheered up.

Well there's this Korean movie that makes me bawl - BIG time. Like I can't stop crying every time I see it. Plus, it's funny too. It's called "My Sassy Girl" - I think you can watch it on youtube or on mysoju.com. There's subtitles (otherwise, I wouldn't understand it). You should watch it. It's long-ish - almost 3 hrs or something. But worth it - well, I loved it. There's an English version - I haven't seen it - but I heard it's not as good as the original Korean one.

Other movies that make me cry (but not as much as My Sassy Girl): A Walk to Remember, Lion King 2, Hotel Rwanda. I generally cry for movies though, but these are the most memorable ones for me Oh, and Marley and Me - but you won't watch it. lol.

Try Shadowlands, Cinema Paradiso or Il Postino.

Dancer in the Dark, it's a musical starring icelandic musician Bjork, she also wrote the music. It's about a blind woman who is saving money so that her son can get an operation so he won't be blind, her landlord steals her money and she kills him. It's one of the most weirdest/horribly depressing movies I've ever see.
