Business Informatics without Econ 1BB3
So the requirements for the program are Level 1 Comp Sci and Econ 1B03 and 1BB3. I have 1B03 but I don't want to take 1BB3 in the summer, is it possible to still get into the program and comple 1BB3 next year as an elective?

I don't think so, if it says that it's a requirement. You could talk to an academic advisor and they may waive you in. Or you could be admitted into the program in the second term of next year, after completing 1BB3 in term one.

So I could talk to an academic advisor and ask to be put in the program and complete 1BB3 during the year? When would I have to do this by?

Correct. I don't think they'd waive you in, because it's a prerequisite for the program. They don't waive program prerequisites as easily as they do course prerequisites, but there are some exceptions that I've heard of.

You should talk to an academic advisor as soon as possible to discuss your options, because you'll want to know the alternatives if you can't be put into it.
