Can someone clear up declaring second year majors for me?

Can someone clear up declaring second year majors for me?
I just need a straight answer as to where and when I choose my second year major... I heard it is on solar... but i do not have any specific link.. (I have 4 right now) Will a link show up? Is there an area within the course selection?

Yes, when you click on SOLAR to pick your courses, you'll be taken to a screen where you choose your major. After that, you pick your courses.
