What do you mean it undo's it? But since you haven't done your payment agreement, SOLAR won't open until the 16th for you.

It is opened! I can log in and open up the payment agreement page. Everytime I confirm it and close it. It goes back to unconfirmed page. |

Oh, you only have to confirm it once. It goes back to that page because you can confirm it as many times as you need to (if you make changes to your courses for example).

If you keep refreshing the MUGSI page that says it's full, will it eventually let you in if there is an open space?
Or do you have to keep clicking the actual MUGSI link?

It took me 7 hours. I got in and predictably, the course I need is full. Yup.
