Well, the good news is you have until the 21st of January to add a second term course. The bad news is, if it's a popular course it could be taken soon.

Exactly. Does this happen every year? This crazy shuffle? I don't remember it being as bad last year. |

Yes, it happens every year. Although this year is pretty bad in terms of the time it takes to get onto MUGSI. They probably limited the number of students even more since the server hasn't crashed once. I don't know if you were at Mac or if you weren't using SOLAR on that day, but in my first year MUGSI crashed and McMaster didn't know since it was midnight. The server was restored at 9 in the morning. So MUGSI and SOLAR were down for over 8-9 hours.
