Carpool: Toronto to Brantford, or Toronto to Kitchener/Cambridge

I am having alot of trouble trying to get myself west after work this Friday. Ive tried looking at various GO train routes, Coach Canada and Greyhound (I usually take Greyhound), and they will not get me where I need to go ontime - unless I leave work super early which is not preffered.

Does anyone drive from Toronto westward on weekdays after work? Please msg me! And Ill explain my situation.
