Go bus or train. If the train, take it to Aldershot or Burlington and then take the Go Bus from there. Or take the Go bus directly from Union or wherever is closer to the airport to either hamilton go centre which is downtown or try to take the one that goes directly to the mcmaster terminal. Best bet is to check http://www.gotransit.ca/
Someone with more experience with the specific routes can maybe help you out some more.

I know there's a go bus that goes from union station to like main street 5 minutes from mac. Its the Hamilton QEW and its usually every half hour

Taking the Lakeshore Train from Union might be better; the bus on the QEW might run into rush hour traffic.

Take Mississauga public transit (MiWay) bus to Square One, then take a GO bus to Mac if you're moving in right away. If you're staying in Toronto for a night, then take the TTC to get to Union station, then switch to the GO train, then transfer to a GO bus which brings you onto campus. Good luck!

Many options.... you'll see they all have to do with GO transit (buses or trains). there are many variations here, what you can do is go to their website (gotransit.ca) put in your departure and arrival locations and it will give you a detailed route, or you can call them and ask someone.

I like the QEW the best...usually takes about 45 mins to get to Main & Longwood. Go train is comfortable but takes so long.

He says he has lots of luggage...taking MiWay without any luggage is enough of a pain in the neck...coming from Pearson not only is it going to be crowded and late, there won't be space for luggage. Which is why I suggested taking GO directly, at least they have a special compartment for the luggage!

Wow, when I looked up the directions it sent them on GO, but when when I click it now it just gives a generic search.
I think you have to select terminal 1 and the time on saturday.
