Really? Only downside? The phone I got through Wind was discontinued about a month after I bought it, and it was a constant hassle to have to repeatedly get my phone replaced and the people I've always spoke to have been idiotic at diagnosing the common problem that made me have to keep replacing; finally I randomly found a Wind employee who managed to solve my issue. Poor support, lack of care about customer loyalty, limited coverage, slow speeds in full bar zone, and most employees seem to have only the most basic phone/OS understanding compared to other major cell providers (varies, of course), and I've lost a significant key msgs and a few calls over my time with Wind; I'm mostly waiting for my tab to be paid off, service improve, and actually have a reason for my phone to dump this company.

I would only sign up with Wind if you need data and a variety of features for cheap; if I actually needed my phone for work I would have switched back to Rogers 2-3 years ago..

Afzal likes this.

Whatever you do, avoid Bell. The Bell signal on campus is very poor and sporadic. It is a struggle to send texts in any buildings and calling can even be difficult outside. There are small pockets of reception, but even taking a few strides will cost you your signal.
