Cheating the system
I have to take 6 courses in Winter 2014. As of now I don't have money to pay for almost 2 of those courses. But I will have the money by December.

Can I not register in all 6 courses now and instead register in only 4 of them and pay the tuition fee? And once I have the money in December, add those courses then and pay for them then without any interest?

I don't know if this will work. Seems like too good to be true.

Yep, you can. It's just not guaranteed that there will be spots available in those courses when you register.

You could also speak to the Financial Aid Office about establishing an individual payment plan (if none of the payment options on your payment agreement are viable for you, that's what they recommend) to ensure that you can still stay registered in those courses and not lose your seat.

There's definitely lots of flexible payment options where you can pay per month, or even once a term (in Sept and Jan). Take a look at the payment agreement and the options under there!
