As a side note-
I'm just thiking of taking the road of Chem-bio but i have an interest in economic also-
kind of like the degree status you currently have Kevin.
I was just wondering, how is it? Would you say the workload is overwhelming or manageable?
Also, for chem 2A03 and 2AA3, are they offered in the same term?! or is it just a Mcmaster Timetable screw up?
Thanks so much in advance!

I'll leave the econ question to Kevin, but for your second question, they're the same second year analytical course (1 core) but the 2aa3 is a lab section with just chembios.
About the choice of electives, i took physics 1bb3 and it was a pretty chill course, thought it was easier than 1b03. Some people also took genetics (bio 2c03) early to free up an elective space for third year!

Having an econ minor makes life super easy. You no longer really need to worry about finding electives that will fit into your timetable and playing around with SOLAR for weeks.
NOTE: I did NOT say that econ is easy.

Also, some people chose not to take genetics when we were supposed to (me, plus around 5 others), to allow us to take another elective. But genetics is no longer a requirement
