Just some advice - don`t get makeup for any girl unless you know she wants it because not only does it make us question your motive for giving us such as gift (do you think we're ugly or something) but most girls have favorourite makeup brands and types that they will only wear.
for girl number
1) Try - a really pretty journal (from Chapters or even Winners).
2) Really warm, cute mittens or any cold weather wear
3) I think people really underestimate the power of a cute stuffed animals - as a 21 year old girl I'm still obsessed with them
4) Soft pajamas - they're practical too!

For the second girl
1) anything sparkly - This might be out of your budget but there are new coach sequin wristlets at 65 bucks with taxes in.
2) jewlery - even just simply studs (winners honesly has pretty studs that are actually sterling silver for 20-40 bucks)
3) slippers!
4) water bottles from PINK! (victoria secrets college line) They're $15 a pop and their huge and useful if either of your friends go to the gym

Just some thought
