Computer Science First Year Schedule
I got crappy electives xD cause everyone else took mine! D:
The Econs I had to take because I will be minoring in Business.
First Term:
Comp Sci 1MD3
Econ 1BB3
Econ 1B03
Engineer 1A00
Math 1ZA3
Philos 1E03
Second Term:
Antrop 1A03
Comp Sci 1FC3
Labr St 1A03
Math 1ZB3
Math 1ZC3
I tried evening it out as much as I could. I work really hard and do my homework each day and plan to keep it that way. I need to maintain an average of 9.5 or higher. Any suggestions to my schedule? Thanks.

Seems pretty decent, I did one economics class per term but both at the same time shouldn't really be all that difficult.
By minoring in Business do you mean going into the Business Informatics specialization next year or actually minoring in Business?
Also, why do you need to maintain an average of 9.5?

By minoring in business, I actually mean minoring in Business and jhan is correct, it is for the DHL.
I put both the econs in first term because they do not really depend on one another, and I heard they are relatively easy if you try hard enough.
Does anyone have any feedback on:
Philos 1E03
Labr St 1A03
Antrop 1A03?

Well thanks guys, I changed it. I appreciate the help. I'm worried about Labr St, Antrop and Philos because Labr St sounds like a really dry course. All 3 consist of writing essays (something which I am not good at), and I beleive it will come in direct conflict with me trying to attain a high GPA. Ideas, suggestions, advice anyone? D:

Take a language course. It's fun (at least I think so), the workload isn't bad at all, and it's a nice change from dealing with equations and formulas all day. I chose Russian and absolutely loved it.
EDIT: So much so that I'm taking the second year Russian course for next year as well. I got a 12 in the first first-year Russian course and a 10 in the second.

I only have had bad experience with language courses D:
Throughout highschool at least, partially had to due with the fact that I didn't try even a bit.
I'll look into it and discuss it with my parents, thanks Andrew.

If you're interested in Business, I'd suggest looking into Business Informatics. It's still Computer Science, and it's very similar to a minor in Business but in my opinion it looks considerably better to have a Computer Science and Business degree rather than Comp Sci with a bit of Business on the side.
Mahes
says thanks to Patrick.O for this post.

Thanks Patrick for that,
After looking into it I find myself interested in this specialization and will probably pursue this rather than minoring in Business.
