Conditional Offer
hi, i took another year of highschool and this year accepted to Mcmaster. So i got accepted for engineering and had all my 5 marks going into second semester. So physics i got an 85 in midterm and got accepted. Now i took History and in midterm i had a 75%. After that i started slacking in history and rarely went to class. In the end i got a 54%. Will my acceptance be revoked for dropping that much in a course not including in my 6 needed for engineering?

Thanks.

It depends on what the condition was. As long as you meet the condition nothing will happen.

If history isn't in your top six, don't worry about it.

As long as History isn't a required class, which I don't think it is, you'll be okay as long as you keep up the average that's required for the program.

Yepp like they mentionned, as long as you have another elective with a higher mark to include in your top 6, you have nothing to worry about . I had the same problem with calculus, but thankfully it's only recommended =]

Oh man! your totally screwed!!

haha kidding. You'll be okay! Usually universities just like to see high marks/averages to hand out scholarships.. if your slightly below they'll still let you in but your missing out on some scholarship money. If you haven't totally slacked off.... you should be good..

best of luck!

Haha way to go with scaring anyone reading your post . I agree the money does play a huge part, but you definitely need the offer, othersie the money is useless
