I'm in complete agreement with you. But if the deed is going to be done without the best protection, then withdrawal is better than nothing.
Or pick a different hole (see a few posts up for an awesome video I posted).

McMaster does studies every now and then where they measure how many people are having sex, with what protection, etc (You can see the posters on the bathroom stall doors)
My guess is, in the last few years, they found out that a lot of people in residence are having unsafe sex or more sex in general, so they are upping the safe sex/condom discussions.

At the last workshop I was at, there was a large number of students still using the withdrawal method. I think it was either 12% or 20%, I'll have to double check the next time I'm at Campus Health. |

Actually, I was watching a show once and it said that some crazy percentage (like 70+) of women blame themselves when that happens.

That's unfortunate for them, because there are plenty of things a guy can do to..... keep things laying down. Regardless of whether it's Megan Fox they're in bed with or not.

Yeah. It was linked with the women having low self-estem due to the current image of beauty (aak Megan Fox) and believing that they were not attractive/not worth it.
I think there have been studies on this too, it's not a new thing.

I was just picking someone that most guys would agree to be hot. I don't like fox at all... only when she was in transformers because she had approximately 3 lines and..... IT WAS TRANSFORMERS!!!!!!! WHEEEEEEEE!!!!!

It may be your CA and what they are doing for their programming. CA's need to plan events covering one of four areas...I think they are education, activism, health and I have no idea what the other is. I'm assuming that your CA is creating a problem based on either the health or education pillar, hence all the condoms...
