Words with Friends!

It's Scrabble but without your friends waiting for you to go faster. Make a move, send it in, wait for your friend to play. Games usually take a few days but it's still enjoyable.

If anyone gets it/has it already, challenge me at ZealousEntropy. :D

Swype is amazing. It is so much faster than typing and takes a lot less effort.

I've been using GoLauncherEX lately on my SGS. It is pretty decent but I don't like how certain stock widgets no longer work ie. task manager from samsung. But it's not a big deal, there are also many cool apps that works well in sync with GoLauncherEx.

Vlingo is great. The voice command recognition works really well and has a great car mode for people who use their cell phones often in cars.

Hello, fellow android users! I'm wonderin if there are map apps that you can download client side (like a map of all of ontario) that lets you use GPS with it. Just so you save a bit of data instead of always re-downloading maps when you load up google maps. Does anyone have a maps app like this? Any help would be great. 100mb data cap FTL :(

I was searching around for one myself and out of all the ones I tried out Maverick is the best.

Also I believe Google Maps is working on this pre-cache map stuff as well. You can try out the "Lab" version that they have which allows up to 10 map tiles. Just go to the Google Maps app -> Settings -> More -> Labs
