What counts as a "soc sci" course?
I realized that many science students are trying to take a social science course as a requirement for grad school, I found out on here http://www.socialsciences.mc master...s-and-programs that psychology is part of the social sciences, does this mean that Psych 1X03/1XX3 count towards this requirement? Or should I try to get into another social science course this year?

Thanks!

It depends on the school you are applying to. You should be asking each one if it meets their requirement.

Yes, most schools do consider psychology to count as a social science course (U of T, Waterloo, Queens for sure). I would check the other schools though, but I suspect they also consider it as a social science course when applying for grad school.

I'm sorry, but where do you go about finding these requirements? When I look online, usually what I find is some variation of "Requires a bachelor's in a related field, and a minimum average of __"...
