So I am going into second year, but I was unable to get into any program. Does this mean I can only take first year courses, or should I take the ones that my program specifies and try to transfer in second year? The program I Wanted to get into was BA in neuro sci and behaviour. And any suggestions as in what courses I should take, or who to talk to about this?

Okay... I would suggest talking to an academic advisor like now (either call or go and see them) to figure out what you're supposed to do.
