So I find a course I like, I go to try and sign up for it on SOLAR, and it doesn't exist.

ENGLISH 2R03 - MONSTERS AND MAGIC, ENGLISH 2MM3 - MODERN COUNTERCULTURES just to name a few, do NOT show up when I go to to see if they are still open.

Can anyone help me with this? The two listed above are only a few of the courses that do not show up... at all.

They don't show up because they're not offered this year. The last time 2R03 was offered was the summer of 2011. If courses don't show up at all, they're just not offered. There's lots of other good English courses to choose from, though!

EDIT: Modern Countercultures isn't on the course list at all, but Concepts of Culture 2M06 is offered! Remember that it spans 2 semesters.

You're supposed to check the master timetable first to see which courses are offered and when (to make sure you don't select conflicting courses).
