cross-listed course
ii'm planning to take english and cultural studies 1b03,
but it says that it is a cross-listed course.
i see that this course is listed under two faculties,
english, and cultural studies.
does this mean that i can just choose English 1b03 on
solar, and that would be ok? or does it matter if i choose
CSCT 1b03?

This should be posted in General Discussion, not here. :]
It doesn't matter which one you choose, cross-listed just means it's the same course administered under different faculties/departments.

ahh, so this is where it ended up?
haha, nice.
okay, well then I still have a question.
so if something is cross-listed.
it's like, the same course just different code because it's from a different faculty?

Yes. I don't think it matters which one you select.

Yep! Yeah I don't think it really does.. Like the Kin courses 1Y03/1YY3 are open to anyone.. but 1A03/1AA3 are open to those in Kin.. Yet they're the same core and course , just different codes
