Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I would access my dental plan that is paid into with our tution. I wanted to get a cleaning and a checkup next week so I was wondering if someone could help me

Depends on which dentist you go to. Some dentists in hamilton will accept 100% payment from the dental plan, others i think is 75-80%. Basically, you tell the dental office your info (student # etc) and they file the claim for you. If you paid money upfront you get it back in a few weeks in cheque form from the insurance company.
