Hi,

I'll be going into my fourth year (Communication Studies) next year and have been taking all of the necessary classes to qualify for a sociology minor. Am I supposed to do anything to ensure I graduate with recognition for the minor, or will they simply know from my 2 courses a year that I should have it?

you claim it on the grad info card. If i remember correctly, there was a drop down menu where you selected it from. I then had to list what courses I have been taking towards that minor. When final grades were released, my grade report said minor granted.
