What to do if courses are full?
Hi, i was just wondering I am in second year science (well going into second year this september) and on mugsi it says that solar is available from june 14-20, and i really want to take sociology1a06, but its full. people are saying to wait when it opens for first years, but since first years open on june 27, will i still be able to log on to solar and add/drop courses even if its only available from june 14-20 , anyways thanks ! and if anyone is willing to drop sociology 1a06, if u can let me know hah thanks again , ihave both first year geos if anyone needs

Your best bet would be too keep checking SOLAR until the 20th. When it reopens in August, usually a bit more space opens up in the class (as a result of administation/people dropping it etc). You could always contact the Academic Advisors in KTH or via their email and ask if there is any possibility you could get into the class or if you could get put on a wait-list for it.

There is only a certain amount of seats in a class that are available for each year/program. Since it is not a requirement for your degree, you very well may not be able to get into that class this year.

Keep trying though!

If you check this thread, you'll be able to try to get into it again after SOLAR re-opens on July 11th. It really all depends on how often you check it and how many spots open up for upper years. Also, post in the official course trading thread and check if anyone is willing to trade
