Most I've done is help the CA's with touring people's rooms during first year when I was in res, so perhaps speak to some of your old CA's or something?

They'll likely know!

They already did their hiring for the year. Not sure if they do another round for Term 2 but they definitely do a round of hiring for the summer period. This is their site: http://registrar.mcmaster.ca /tours.html

You have to submit your resume, fill out an application with a few questions, and write a short essay on 'why you love Mac' or something like that. Then there's an interview where you'll do various role-playing exercises and answer scenerio based questions.

Id hate to do tours. Especially when its raining :O
