Do non-required summer marks count in your cumulative average?
Do the marks for summer school count in your cumulative average if its not required?

If the summer school course was at mac it does. If you took them at a different school say UfT it will only show up as a pass.

Yep, they count like any other elective would. Even if you end up with extra credits because of summer school, every course will count towards your average, even if every course doesn't necessarily count towards your degree.
