I saw that thread, but was wondering if it's for sure confirmed that it's 8:30AM of wednesday, because I know in the past it keeps varying when they have the darn system up and running.

ie. I don't want to wake up on wednesday to find out people were able to start choosing at like 1AM or something.

you can start changing them on August 11th at 8:30 a.m.

It's an official MacInsiders announcement. We get our information from what McMaster provides.

You can always check the Mac website yourself. That's where all the info comes from.
