when do we receive our student ID cards
do they mail it back to us or we have to get it on a specific day

you usually receive in in the mail, and last year it came around august.

I got my new sticker in the mail yesterday, so your student card will likely turn up soon ^_^

You'll only get your student card in the mail if you submitted your New Student Form on time. If you didn't, then you'll have to pick up your student card at the Registrar's office.

I got my sticker. You usually get your card before your sticker (or with?). |

Sticker basically says you're a student for this (current) year, and permits you to use your student card for bus, credit, etc. |
